I’ve spent over a decade in the early years sector, and everything I do is shaped by where I came from. I was born in Darwin and grew up surrounded by culture, community, and connection. That upbringing grounded me in a way of life that’s laid-back, respectful, and deeply people centered and it’s become the foundation of how I lead, support, and show up in this industry.

My career has taken me across the country, including time living and working in Kununurra, WA a place that reminded me what culture-rich early childhood education should feel like. It also showed me how so many services across Australia are missing that depth, that sense of identity, and that community heartbeat.

My passion is helping services that need building from the ground up the working towards services, the overwhelmed teams, the educators who want to do amazing things but just need clarity, guidance, and someone in their corner. I’m here to mentor, support, strengthen foundations, and remind educators of their “why” when the sector feels heavy and confusing.

Because our children deserve educators who feel confident, supported, and grounded. Early years outcomes shape a child’s whole life and when we empower educators, we empower children. My goal is to walk alongside teams, bringing culturally rich practice, reflective guidance, and practical support that actually makes sense in the real world.
